I suffer from arthritis in my wrist and used to have it in my foot (Bunion) but control my wrist by wearing a copper bracelet all the time. Have managed to rid my bunion by putting copper wire in my shoe, just under the bunion, while at work. This took about a month to work and that was approx 7 years ago and no recurrence. Dont question me why but it worked for me!

My orthopedist gave me a series of shots to replace the fluid in my knee, which worked well for a bout a year and a half and then wore off, This treatment doesn’t help everyone. Hope you can find something to give you more relief. I know how miserable that can be.
