    Omega 3 foods and supplements certainly help. Acidic things like orange juice tend to make it worse. Drinking lots of fluids helps. Red wine makes it worse.

    My friend with arthritis swears that eating foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids really helps her. Those are found in cold-water fish like salmon and mackerel, as well as olive oil, walnuts and flax.

    depends on the type of Arthritis. RA has a list of foods to avoid. OA has things you SHOULD eat.. go to the American Arthritis associations web page and check it out

    if you have arthritis……
    i’d say just lay off the food with a lot of uric acid……
    from what i know…… uric acid makes arthritis worse

    I heard that sugar and white flour products are excellent to keep away from. And frest fruit and vegetables are excellent to eat.
