    Hi Esther! Thanks for thinking of my back! I did the sequence this morning and allthough some of the exercise is still too strong, I feel the rest working for me.

    not only have theese poses relieved pressure in my back, but they have also releived alot of tension in my shoulders. Thank you so much!

    Will this work for slipped dics? I have a herniated dics L5S1 and slipped dics in my L4.

    Esther, I really like this sequence, but when I’m finished the middle of my back between my shoulder blades is stiff (like it needs to “pop”). Am I doing something incorrect, or is there something I can add to fix this?

    oh my goodnes! you’re routine worked WONDERS for my back! i woke up this morning with a VERY stiff back :( but, i did this and now i feel fantastic! thanks so much! you got yourself a new subscriber! :)
    i like your accent, i hear the irish and of course the other from holland, it’s so cute! haha
