Deep Buttocks Pain From Marching Band?

After two weeks of practicing, out of no where my got deep buttocks pain that hurts when i go my left leg. I had the same pain last year and used advil for pain relief and it went away withing about a week or two. I am a drummer so we have to crab step most of the time when we march. The pain isn’t UNBEARABLE but it’s really annoying. I reckon i may have piriformis syndrome, i’m not sure though. Any information about getting rid of this pain is appreciated.

    ice and heat.
youll have to, for now, deal. see how long the pain will persist, it might go away, it could just be unusual stiffness from reworking that part of the body. do some light stretches.
if pain continues then i would seek help from a doctor.

Ok the most likely cause of this is due to a misalignment of your pelvis. This can cause a deep buttock pain. In addition, if the pelvis is misaligned, it can also cause a piriformis syndrome.
I would recommend that you see a chiropractor. More than likely they can diagnose what is truly going on and right it by realigning your pelvis.
I really wish you the best

So….it’s annoying. And you want drugs to not be annoyed?? You have a lot to learn. YOu will have much more pain in your life….learn to handle it. That is the secret….not drugs.
Sit in hot water for a while….it will simple the muscle ache.

I would go talk to the Doctor, or don’t stand in front of the trombone.
