My lower back is constantly tired and I have sciatic nerve pain (piriformis syndrome). My neck/shoulder get;s tired too, though it’s not due to any injury affecting there.
because I sit around on my **** a lot, it’s time for me to buy a proper chair.

It is wise to visit a chair store and sit in as many of them as possible. You will know when you feel both relaxed and properly supported.
