Does Cracking Your Knuckles Really Cause Arthritis?
I have this habit of popping my fingers and if it don’t it really starts feeling annoying. I heard from many ppl that if we crack our knuckles we can get arthritis… is this right? And our there any other terrible things we can get because of cracking our knuckles?
Does Any One Else Have Piriformis Syndrome? Serious Answers Only!?
Hello,
I have had sciatica for over 10 years. I have had every, and i mean EVERY, test known to man, and to no avail they were all normal. 
They have recently come to the conclusion that what i have is Piriformis Syndrome.
Has anyone had this same problem. And if you have, im sure you can relate when i say, that after every test was normal, you really start to wish that SOMETHING was incorrect, just so you can get answers and get help and get better.
This has changed my life. I have 2 kids, 7 yrs and 4 yrs ancient, and with this problem, it has been hard for me to do things with them a lot of the time.
I havent been able to work, or do much of anything else. My doctor has had me on a mild pain med, and since then i have been able to regain so much of my life i have lost over the years.
I would like it if someone you know, or yourself, can give me some info into Piriformis Syndrome.
If you have had this pain as i have, its gets so terrible, you feel all alone, like your the only one with this.
I now realize im not alone, and thats why im reaching out for support.

Can Surgery Resolve A Torn Hip Tendon, And How Long Does It Take To Heal Post-op?
I’ve been diagnosed with 2 torn tendons: distal obturator internus and inferior gemellus. I also have tendinitis of the piriformis tendon and tendinosis of the gluteous medius tendon. This has been going on for over 18 months, and I suspect that the scar tissue has been building up also. Would surgery help me? My rhuematologist thought so but the ortho doc refused treatment. Should I get a second opinion?
