Does Treatment Of Herniated Disk And Protruding Disk Need To Consider Scoliosis And Subluxations In The Back?

I am writing on behalf of my wife. I am in the military and have distress witht he doctors not doing a thorough job. My wife was diagnosed with scoliosis and the subluxations in her spine prior to going to the doctors on the post. They have not made those diagnoses, but they did find the herniated and protruding disk in her lower back. She just finsihed receiving 12 shots of cortizone in her back about a week ago, which appeaers to have small success. I believe the lack of a thorough screening may be causing the lack of successful treatment. I am not able to be there to help with anything and she is forced to take care of the home while I am deployed to Iraq. We have multiple problems with finances as well and are attempting to try to get me back to the states to be able to provide care for my wife and buy employment to compensate for support. Even with my added deployment pay, I cannot make full support payments because child support says I should pay based on my prior job.
