Is There A Low Incidence Of Arthritis Amongst Asian People?
It seems to be honestly normal for older Asian people (in Asia) to sit on the floor,which involves a degree of flexibility most Caucasian older people lack. I wonder if frequent adoption of positions which stretch the joints improve the joint mechanism – maybe allow greater production of joint fluid, so joints don’t deteriorate?
